RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Coffees
Unfortunately, if you don’t love the coffee, or ordered a pre-ground coffee which then does not match your equipment, we unfortunately can’t credit, exchange or refund your purchase. Should you receive a package that is broken, please send us an email with photos to enquiries@23degrees.com.au and we discuss options for a replacement.
Equipment
For change of mind on equipment, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at enquiries@23degrees.com.au. Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for a change of mind.
Gift cards and Sales items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Training courses
You’re welcome to reschedule or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the course commences.
If you choose to cancel within this timeframe, a $10 cancellation fee applies to help cover the payment processing charges incurred at the time of booking and refund. Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Alternatively, we can issue a store credit for the full amount.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for reschedules, no-shows, or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course starts.
If you reschedule, your booking can be transferred to another available class date within 6 months of the original booking date, subject to availability. If the class isn’t rebooked and attended within this period, the booking will expire and is no longer eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
