Sharing Christmas joy.

  • In 2019, we were fortunate to celebrate La Chocolatada alongside our partners at the Café Femenino Foundation, sharing this special tradition with rural communities in Murojaga, El Najango and Corral de Piedra in the Lambayeque region, as well as Lonya Grande, Guadalupe and San Antonio in the Amazonas region of Northern Peru.

La Chocolatada is a much-loved Christmas tradition where communities come together to share hot chocolate and panettone. Celebrated throughout December, it is especially meaningful in the smallest and most remote communities, with the simple goal of bringing joy to children and their families.

  • With the generous support of our customers, friends and families, we were able to donate 300 T-shirts, hundreds of school supplies, plenty of chocolate and sweets, and direct monetary contributions to the Café Femenino Foundation — helping make Christmas a little more special for these communities. A special thank you to Jets Gymnastics for donating the wonderful T-shirts.

Sharing the joy and genuine gratitude of these families was incredibly humbling. Since 2000, we’ve proudly supported the Café Femenino Foundation in spreading smiles across coffee communities. If you’d like to get involved in the next La Chocolatada, we’d love to hear from you.
