1:1 Coffee Tasting Class

Welcome to our 1:1 COFFEE TASTING CLASS, held in our roastery in Melbourne’s Bayside.

This is a 1:1 or duet experience for coffee lovers and curious humans who want to better understand what’s in their cup.

Did you know coffee has more aromatic and flavour compounds than wine? Understanding aroma and flavour is key to appreciating just how diverse coffee can be. In this hands-on tasting session, we’ll guide you step by step through how to taste, describe, and truly understand coffee.

You’ll learn how professionals assess coffee, using the Specialty Coffee Tasters’ Wheel, and experience how origin, processing, brewing method, and extraction all shape flavour. You’ll taste a curated selection of coffees and develop your own sensory profiles. No pressure, no pretence, just good coffee and great learning.
