SHIPPING

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on coffee orders over $50*. If you have a discount code for your coffee order, the order value of coffee after applying the discount code must exceed $50 to be eligible for free standard shipping. We reserve the right to review our free shipping offers and free shipping threshold. This may impact active subscriptions. Should your subscription be affected, we will contact you.

*For coffee subscriptions with different delivery intervals (for example one monthly and one fortnightly) which have been purchased in one transaction, the free shipping threshold of >$50 applies to the subscriptions of the same subscription cycle and not the total cart value. 

Delivery instructions

In most cases, we use Australia Post for deliveries. Once your parcel is on its way, we email you your tracking number. En route, you will receive updates on the delivery date. If you are not home, you can request that the parcel will be left in a safe place. If you don’t request this, the parcel will be taken to a nearby Post Office.

Delivery times

We strive to ensure all orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. We'll only ship your purchase once we received payment. Should you pay using Paypal eCheque, please note that clearance can take up to 5 business days. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been packed and shipped. Delivery times may vary based on your location, the day of the week and time when the order was placed, your selected delivery service (Standard or Express) and the capacities of our logistics provider. Once your parcel is on its way, we will email you your tracking number.

International shipping

Unfortunately, we no longer offer international shipping options. 

RETURNS

Coffees

Unfortunately, if you don’t love the coffee, or ordered a pre-ground coffee which then does not match your equipment, we unfortunately can’t credit, exchange or refund your purchase.Should you receive a package that is broken, please send us an email with photos to enquiries@23degrees.com.au and we discuss options for a replacement.

Equipment

For change of mind on equipment, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at enquiries@23degrees.com.au. Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for a change of mind.

Gift cards and Sales items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Training courses

If you cancel 24 h before the course commences we refund you. To cancel, please send us an email at enquiries@23degrees.com.au

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
