Recommended brewing methods

We roast this Colombian single-origin coffee to a medium roast level. A medium roast level lets us craft a sweeter more balanced and approachable cup with a good body, whilst maintaining the coffee's origin character and its acidity.

Perfect for espresso, stovetop, Aeropress, and plunger coffee style brewing.

Discover the farmers behind the coffee

We are super excited to roast this delicious Colombian coffee for you - produced by women farmers and landowners of the ASMUCAFE association ‘Asociación de Mujeres Agropecuarias de Uribe’ in El Tambo, a municipality within Cauca. The women’s aim as an association is to improve their families’ quality of life through coffee farming, and to contribute positively to their community by working together and sharing resources, knowledge, and providing support.

Coffees from Cauca are grown at higher altitudes and are much loved for its distinctive sweet caramel and brown sugar notes, and balanced tangy acidity, which makes these coffees even more interesting in the cup.

Looking to send coffee as a gift? You can gift this coffee in our beautifully curated Home Barista gift box and send somebody a hug in the cup.
